There was no surprise when 6th ranked Amsterdam (6-14) was defeated on the road by third ranked Den Bosch (14-4) 78-73 on Thursday. Den Bosch dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Amsterdam's 28. Den Bosch forced 20 Amsterdam turnovers. American point guard Keshun Sherrill (175-94, college: Augusta, agency: Interperformances) scored 26 points to lead the charge for the winners and British V.Islands forward Norville Carey (201-93, college: Rider, agency: Slash Sports) chipped in 14 points and 5 rebounds during the contest.
