Fourteenth ranked Olimpico 64 (4-15) saved a 3-point victory on the road edging 13th ranked Adareva (3-16) 61-58 in the fight for the thirteenth place. The guests trailed by 6 points after three quarters before their 20-11 charge, which allowed them to win the game. It was a very good performance for guard Paula Dominguez (172-89) who helped to win the game recording 21 points and 6 assists. Beatriz Parada (179-86) contributed with 10 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Chilean point guard Sendy Basaez (170-96) answered with 12 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and Nigerian-British swingman Ejay Ofomata (180-85, college: Central State) added 10 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Adareva. Adareva's coach Maria Sosa tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Olimpico 64 moved-up to thirteenth place in Group B.
