Very important is a road loss of third ranked LKS MG13 Lodz (15-6) against eighth ranked AZS UJK Kielce (10-11) on Saturday night. Visiting LKS MG13 Lodz was defeated by AZS UJK Kielce in a tough game in Kielce 81-87. AZS UJK Kielce dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to LKS MG13 Lodz's 28. It was an exceptional evening for guard Mateusz Druszcz (184-97) who led the winners and scored 31 points and 4 assists. Piotr Osiakowski (197-92) accounted for 16 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists for the winning side. Guard Marcin Kuczmera (185-92) came up with 17 points and Arkadiusz Swit (200-93) added 10 points and 12 rebounds respectively for LKS MG13 Lodz in the defeat. Four LKS MG13 Lodz players scored in double figures. LKS MG13 Lodz's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. AZS UJK Kielce maintains eighth place in Group B with 10-11 record. LKS MG13 Lodz at the other side keeps the third position with six games lost. They share it with AZS UMCS Lbn. AZS UJK Kielce will play against league's second-placed Zubry in Bialystok in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. LKS MG13 Lodz will play at home against Rosa II Radom and hopes to get back on the winning track.
