Everything went according to plan when eleventh ranked San Miniato (11-12) beat at home 15th ranked Moncalieri (3-20) 58-49 on Sunday. San Miniato made 20-of-26 free shots (76.9 percent) during the game. They also forced 19 Moncalieri turnovers and outrebounded them 37-26 including 27 on the defensive glass. It was a great evening for guard Ferdinando Nasello (187-95, agency: Octagon Europe) who led his team to a victory scoring 20 points and 5 rebounds.
