An interesting game took place in Barcelona where higher ranked Barca CBS (12-8) was upset on the court of thirteenth ranked Segle XXI (5-15) 82-75 on Saturday. Worth to mention a great performance of Estel Puiggros who helped to win the game recording 17 points and forward Helena Pueyo (182-1) who added 13 points during the contest. Segle XXI's coach Ivan Torinos used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Carla Perez (-91) responded with 19 points and Monica Lazaro (-86) scored 10 points and 7 rebounds. Five Segle XXI and four Barca CBS players scored in double figures. Segle XXI maintains thirteenth position in Group A with 5-15 record. Barca CBS lost fourth consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the fifth place with eight games lost. Segle XXI will face higher ranked Cortegada (#6) in Vilagarcia Arousa in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Barca CBS will play at home against Oviedo and hope to win that game.
