An interesting game for Good Angels (9-1) which played road game in Piestany against second-ranked Piestanske C. (6-4). First ranked Good Angels managed to get a 13-point victory 68-55. Good Angels players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. The former international center Anna Jurcenkova (195-85) stepped up and scored 15 points and 6 rebounds for the winners and American guard Darxia Morris (172-89, college: UCLA) chipped in 9 points and 4 assists. Good Angels' coach Peter Jankovic allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. International Angelika Slamova (173-94) responded with 16 points and 4 assists and the former international Terezia Palenikova (178-95) scored 13 points and 4 assists. Good Angels have a solid series of four victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place in Places 1-4 with 9-1 record. Piestanske C. at the other side keeps the second position with four games lost. Good Angels will play against MBK Ruzomberok (#3) at home in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Piestanske C. will play against BAM Poprad and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
