Regular Season Round 18: COB Calais - Reims 54-61

We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 6th ranked COB Calais (9-9) was defeated at home by seventh ranked Reims (9-9) 61-54. Montenegrin center Natasa Popovic (192-82) notched a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds to lead the effort and guard Fleur Devillers (181-95) supported her with 15 points and 5 rebounds. Even 12 points and 8 rebounds by forward Anais Viale (188-91) did not help to save the game for COB Calais. American power forward Chandra Harris (185-89, college: Georgia St.) added 12 points and 6 rebounds. Reims moved-up to sixth place, which they share with defeated COB Calais. COB Calais lost third consecutive game. Reims' next round opponent will be league's second-placed Angers at home and it may be quite challenging game.
