There was a minor upset when 11th ranked Nardo (11-13) was defeated at home by fourteenth ranked Cerignola Udas (8-16) 76-67 on Sunday. The best player for the winners was Oleksandr Kushchev (201-90) who scored 30 points and 6 rebounds. Swingman Giovanni Rugolo (195-81, agency: Players Group) chipped in 15 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was forward Stefano Provenzano (195-86) who recorded a double-double by scoring 21 points and 10 rebounds and swingman Alessandro Poti (192-91) added 21 points and 6 rebounds respectively. Cerignola Udas moved-up to twelfth place in B, which they share with 3 other teams. Nardo at the other side, also newcomer in the league, dropped to the eighth position with 13 games lost.
