The game between closely ranked teams ended with Hapoel Rishon Le-Zion's (5-16) road loss to Bnot Hertzeliya (10-11) 64-80 on Monday. Bnot Hertzeliya looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. It was a great evening for American forward Breanna Richardson (185-95, college: Mississippi St.) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 14 rebounds (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field). Her fellow American import point guard Matee Ajavon (173-86, college: Rutgers, agency: LBM Management) helped adding 9 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists. Four Bnot Hertzeliya players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American power forward Tori Jarosz (190-92, college: Marist, agency: Gamble Sports Management) with 20 points and 8 rebounds and Nigerian-American forward Atonye Nyingifa (180-90, college: UCLA) scored 13 points and 7 rebounds. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
