Very predictable result when second ranked Valencia (18-3) outscored on the road 12th ranked Almeria (5-16) 89-47 on Wednesday. The game without a history. Valencia led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Almeria's 34. The best player for the winners was Montenegrin center Ana Turcinovic-Pocek (190-93, agency: ProDep Management) who scored 11 points and 6 rebounds. Mali power forward Meiya Tirera (186-86, agency: ProDep Management) chipped in 10 points and 5 rebounds. Five Valencia players scored in double figures. Valencia's coach Ruben Burgos felt very confident using entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
