Another exciting game was again a derby match of two teams from Nassau: the Bahamas (#4) and Shockers (#2). the Bahamas (6-5) won against visiting Shockers (9-4) 66-59. The best player for the winners was Kemsy Sylvestre who scored 13 points and 9 rebounds. Justin Smith chipped in 17 points and 4 steals. Four the Bahamas players scored in double figures. the Bahamas' coach used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. The former international point guard Shakewon Lewis (178-96) produced 18 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 steals and Reuben Goodman added 7 points and 11 rebounds respectively for the guests. They have a solid series of three victories in a row. the Bahamas moved-up to third place, which they share with Pirates. Shockers at the other side keep the second position with four games lost. the Bahamas' supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Nassau Pirates.
