The game in Ostersund was also worth to mention about. 4th placed Sodertalje Kings (11-12) played at the court of fifth ranked KFUM Jamtland (12-11). KFUM Jamtland managed to secure a 6-point victory 82-76. It looked good early as Sodertalje Kings took a 10-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then KFUM Jamtland took control winning two of next three quarters and eventually winning the game that evening by 6 points. They made 22-of-23 charity shots (95.7 percent) during the game. Strangely Sodertalje Kings outrebounded KFUM Jamtland 40-24 including 27 on the defensive glass. It was an exceptional evening for American swingman Preston Purifoy (198-92, college: UAB) who led the winners and scored 18 points. Croatian guard Toni Prostran (182-91) accounted for 16 points and 4 assists for the winning side. International Adam Ramstedt (208-95) came up with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 14 rebounds and American Auston Barnes (203-91, college: Bradley) added 19 points and 7 rebounds respectively for Sodertalje Kings in the defeat. Five KFUM Jamtland and four Sodertalje Kings players scored in double figures. KFUM Jamtland have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to fourth place. Sodertalje Kings at the other side dropped to the fifth position with 12 games lost. KFUM Jamtland's next round opponent will be league's leader Norrkoping Dolphins on the road and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Sodertalje Kings will play against Nassjo (#8) and hope to win that game.
