There was a surprise result when fifteenth ranked Nantes (7-13) won against on the road higher ranked Denain Voltaire (10-10) 66-53 on Friday. The game was mostly controlled by Nantes. Denain Voltaire was better in second period 12-11. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Denain Voltaire was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch.
