Regular Season Round 25: Stal SW - Zubry 75-68

2Liga round 25 caused change at the leadership position. Sixth defeat of league's leader Zubry (17-6) against fifth ranked Stal SW (14-9) 75-68 was the most important game of the last round. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Zubry. Stal SW made 16-of-17 free shots (94.1 percent) during the game. They also forced 25 Zubry turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Dawid Zagula (185-96) who helped to win the game recording 30 points and 9 rebounds (made all of his twelve free throws !!!). Forward Marcin Bandyga (188-97) contributed with 13 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. Four Stal SW players scored in double figures. Guard Bartlomiej Wroblewski (183-92) answered with 23 points and 5 rebounds and Andrzej Misiewicz (199-84, college: Daytona St. CC) added 13 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Zubry. Stal SW have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain fifth place in Group B with 14-9 record, which they share with Rosa II Radom. Zubry at the other side dropped to the third position with six games lost. They share it with AZS UMCS Lbn. They were replaced at the leadership position by Gornik Walbrzych. Zubry will play next round against Rosa II Radom trying to make it back to the top of the standings. Stal SW will try to continue on its current victory against first ranked Syntex Ksiezak in Lowicz.
