The game in Bratislava was also worth to mention about. Sixth ranked Samorin (8-4) played at the court of 8th ranked Slovan (2-10). Samorin managed to secure a 9-point victory 60-51. Samorin outrebounded Slovan 41-30 including 16 on the offensive glass. It was a good game for the former international power forward Romana Vynuchalova (192-86, college: Penn St.) who led her team to a victory with 16 points and 9 rebounds. International Alexandra Haskova (183-97) contributed with 16 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Center Renata Talajkova (190-81) replied with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds and Stella Tarkovicova (183-99) added 5 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Slovan. Samorin moved-up to fifth place in Places 5-8, which they share with UKF Nitra. Slovan at the other side stay at the bottom position with ten games lost.
