The game in Szczecin was also worth to mention about. 6th ranked PGE Turow (13-11) played at the court of eighth ranked Wilki Morskie (13-10). Wilki Morskie managed to secure a 9-point victory 75-66. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of PGE Turow. The former international swingman Pawel Kikowski (193-86) nailed 11 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side and Lithuanian Martynas Paliukenas (191-93) accounted for 16 points. Five Wilki Morskie players scored in double figures. American guard Cameron Ayers (196-91, college: Bucknell) came up with 17 points and 6 assists and the other American import center Brad Waldow (208-91, college: St.Mary's, CA) added 9 points and 13 rebounds respectively for PGE Turow in the defeat. PGE Turow's coach Michael Claxton rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Wilki Morskie moved-up to sixth place. PGE Turow at the other side dropped to the seventh position with 11 games lost. Wilki Morskie will play against Czarni (#16) in Slupsk in the next round and are hoping to win another game. PGE Turow will play on the road against MKS Dabrowa Gornicza (#5) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
