Very predictable result when second ranked Entente Orleans 45 (17-4) defeated on the road bottom-ranked Quimper UJAP (5-16) 92-76. The game was mostly controlled by Entente Orleans 45. Quimper UJAP was better in fourth quarter 25-22. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Entente Orleans 45 made 16-of-20 charity shots (80.0 percent) during the game. They shot the lights out from three nailing 12 long-distance shots on high 52.2 percentage. Entente Orleans 45 players were unselfish on offense dishing 27 assists. It was a good game for Bosnian forward Miralem Halilovic (205-91, agency: PEPI SPORT) who led his team to a victory with 20 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists. Puerto Rican point guard Alexander Abreu (180-91, college: W.Georgia) contributed with 14 points and 8 assists for the winners. Entente Orleans 45's coach Germain Castano allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. American-Nigerian power forward Efe Odigie (203) answered with 19 points and 9 rebounds and Paul-Lou Duwiquet (195-95) added 13 points and 5 assists in the effort for Quimper UJAP. Five Entente Orleans 45 and four Quimper UJAP players scored in double figures. Entente Orleans 45 keeps a position of league leader, which they share with Blois. Quimper UJAP at the other side dropped to the bottom place with 16 games lost. Entente Orleans 45's next round opponent will be Saint Chamond (#5) at home. Quimper UJAP will play against Denain Voltaire (#8) and hope to win that game.
