Second Stage Round 7: BAM Poprad - Good Angels 36-85

An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Poprad. First ranked Good Angels faced 4th placed BAM Poprad. Guests from Kosice (11-1) smashed host BAM Poprad (0-12) 85-36. Good Angels shot the lights out from three sinking 13 long-distance shots on high 54.2 percentage. The former international guard Zuzana Zirkova (175-80) fired 11 points for the winners. The former international forward Marta Palenikova (182-92) chipped in 12 points. Good Angels' coach Peter Jankovic felt very confident using entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Point guard Adela Kudlickova (166-94) produced 11 points and 4 steals and Lucia Hadacova (185-95) added 7 points and 8 rebounds respectively for lost side. Good Angels have an impressive series of six victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 11-1 record. BAM Poprad at the other side still closes the standings with 12 games lost.
