Very important is a road loss of second ranked Eurotrend Biella (15-9) against sixth ranked Viola RC (14-10) on Sunday night. Visiting Eurotrend Biella was defeated by Viola RC in Reggio Calabria 83-73. Viola RC players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. The winners were led by American forward AJ Pacher (208-92, college: Wright St.) who scored that evening 18 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists and the other American import guard Chris Roberts (193-88, college: Bradley) supported him with 22 points and 6 rebounds. Four Viola RC players scored in double figures. Viola RC's coach Marco Calvani used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even 20 points by the former international power forward Amedeo Tessitori (208-94) did not help to save the game for Eurotrend Biella.
