No shocking result in a game when second ranked Crema (19-6) smashed on the road 10th ranked Rimini (10-15) 86-52 on Sunday. Crema shot the lights out from three sinking 15 long-distance shots on high 51.7 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Point guard Francesco Paolin (190-95) fired 19 points and 9 assists for the winners. Guard Andrea Dagnello (189-91) chipped in 23 points and 4 assists. Guard Paolo Busetto (192-96) produced 7 points and 7 rebounds and Matteo Caroli (-95, agency: Players Group) added 9 points and 5 rebounds respectively for lost side. Rimini's coach Andrea Maghelli gave up on the game allowing to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Crema maintains second place with 19-6 record having just three points less than leader Omegna, which they share with Cassino. Loser Rimini keeps the tenth position with 15 games lost. Crema will face Olginate (#12) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Rimini will play against Desio and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
