Top ranked Anwil (20-4) recorded its fourth loss in Wloclawek on Sunday night. Hosts were defeated by twelfth ranked Asseco (12-11) 105-92. It ended at the same time the nine-game winning streak of Anwil. Asseco shot the lights out from three sinking 18 long-distance shots on high 60.0 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Swingman Jakub Garbacz (197-94) fired 29 points for the winners. Five Asseco and four Anwil players scored in double figures. Asseco maintains twelfth position with 12-11 record. Anwil at the other side still keeps top place with four games lost. Asseco are looking forward to face higher ranked Wilki Morskie (#6) in Szczecin in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Anwil will play on the road against BM Slam Stal (#5) in Ostrow Wlkp. and is hoping to win this game.
