An interesting game was also surprising road defeat of 4th ranked Sokol Lancut in a game versus Pruszkow (#8) 83-73. Pruszkow outrebounded Sokol Lancut 35-22 including a 30-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. Center Damian Cechniak (208-93) nailed 13 points and 8 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) for the winning side and Tomasz Madziar (195-92) accounted for 20 points. Guard Marek Zywert (192-96) came up with 18 points and 8 rebounds and point guard Kamil Zywert (185-96) added 8 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists respectively for Sokol Lancut in the defeat. Four Sokol Lancut players scored in double figures. Pruszkow (14-13) moved-up to seventh place. Loser Sokol Lancut keeps the fourth position with eight games lost. They share it with R8 Krakow. Pruszkow will meet Slask (#8) in the next round. Sokol Lancut will play against R8 Krakow (#5) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
