Regular Season Round 26: Stal SW - Syntex Ksiezak 71-97

2Liga top team - Syntex Ksiezak (19-5) had no problems winning another game on Sunday. This time they crushed fifth ranked Stal SW (14-10) in Stalowa Wola 97-71. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Stal SW. Syntex Ksiezak dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Stal SW's 30. Syntex Ksiezak forced 20 Stal SW turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Stal SW was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. Karol Debski (198-84, agency: Promotex) had a double-double by scoring 15 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and swingman Damian Tokarski (193-88) chipped in 13 points and 4 assists during the contest. Five Syntex Ksiezak players scored in double figures. Syntex Ksiezak's coach felt very confident that he used 10 players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Point guard Dawid Zagula (185-96) responded with 38 points (!!!) and forward Andrzej Nowak (192-89) scored 15 points and 7 rebounds. Syntex Ksiezak maintains first position in Group B with 19-5 record. Loser Stal SW dropped to the sixth place with ten games lost.
