Regular Season Round 23: Blois - Roanne 61-76

An interesting game for Chorale de Roanne (17-6) which played road game in Blois against second-ranked ADA Blois (18-5). Third ranked Chorale de Roanne had an easy win 76-61. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of ADA Blois. American David Jackson (195-86, college: W.Illinois) orchestrated the victory by scoring 18 points and 4 assists. Clement Cavallo (200-90) contributed with 3 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners. Swingman Florian Thibedore (195-90) answered with 10 points and 6 rebounds and American-Bahamas forward Jonathan Augustin-Fairell (201-93, college: Murray St., agency: Duran International) added 12 points in the effort for ADA Blois. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Chorale de Roanne have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They maintain third place with 17-6 record having just two points less than leader Orleans. ADA Blois at the other side keeps the second position with five games lost. Chorale de Roanne are looking forward to face Provence Basket (#4) in Fos-sur-Mer in the next round. ADA Blois will play on the road against Denain Voltaire and is hoping to win this game.
