Very predictable result in Boechout where second ranked Oxaco (16-7) beat 11th ranked Giants B (7-15) 80-66 on Saturday. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Oxaco made 17 blocks. Worth to mention a great performance of center Bert Van-de-Broek (201-92) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 22 points and 14 rebounds and guard Nick Celis (196-88) who added 11 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists during the contest. Four Oxaco players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was forward Lenny Coppens (195-99) with 18 points and 5 rebounds and Vrenz Bleijenbergh (202-0) scored 10 points and 6 rebounds. Giants B's coach tested ten players saving starting five for next games. Oxaco maintains second position with 16-7 record behind leader Gembo BBC.
