Regular Season Round 36: Nova Ves - Iskra Svit 89-94

Date: March 17, 2018
Not a big story in a game when 10th ranked Nova Ves (4-32) were defeated at home by fifth ranked Iskra Svit (22-14) 94-89. They made 22-of-28 charity shots (78.6 percent) during the game. The winners were led by Serbian point guard Sasa Avramovic (193-93, agency: BeoBasket) who scored that evening 23 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists and the former international forward Pavol Losonsky (203-88, college: Cal-Irvine) supported him with 17 points and 12 rebounds. Even a double-double of 12 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists by the former international forward Viktor Juricek (211-93, college: Texas A&M-CC) did not help to save the game for Nova Ves. Bosnian center Djordje Ninkovic (210-93) added 20 points and 5 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Iskra Svit have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain fifth position with 22-14 record, which they share with Rieker KN. Nova Ves lost seventh consecutive game. They stay dead last with 32 lost games.
