Sixth ranked Lattes Montpellier (10-8) crushed at home 11th ranked Roche (3-15) by 36 points 86-50, which is the biggest margin this round on Saturday night. Lattes Montpellier made 17-of-21 free shots (81.0 percent) during the game. They also forced 19 Roche turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Roche's players. The best player for the winners was American forward Courtney Hurt (185-90, college: VCU) who had a double-double by scoring 21 points and 10 rebounds. Croatian-Australian center Suzy Batkovic-Brown (195-80) chipped in 21 points. Lattes Montpellier's coach Rachid Meziane felt very confident using 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
