Quite upsetting was Real Canoe's (#6) home defeat in a game versus seventh ranked Alcobendas 57-49. The guests trailed by 1 point at the halftime before their 28-19 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. The best player for the winners was center Aitana Cuevas (189-86) who scored 8 points and 9 rebounds. Lucia Togores (176-96, agency: ProDep Management) chipped in 5 points and 6 rebounds. Alcobendas' coach Alex Pajares used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
