The most surprising game was a loss of top-ranked Sesto SG (20-3) in Sesto San Giovanni on Saturday night. Hosts were defeated by seventh ranked Team Crema (15-8) 61-57. It was a great evening for power forward Alice Nori (182-93) who led her team to a victory scoring 13 points and 6 rebounds. Croatian forward Kristina Benic (189-88) helped adding 11 points and 7 rebounds. Four Team Crema players scored in double figures. The former international point guard Giulia Arturi (175-87, agency: SPORTlab Agency) responded with 18 points and 7 rebounds and the former international forward Elisa Ercoli (190-95, agency: SPORTlab Agency) produced a double-double by scoring 11 points and 13 rebounds. Team Crema moved-up to fifth place in A2. Sesto SG at the other side still keeps top position with three games lost. Team Crema are looking forward to face Cagliari CUS (#15) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Sesto SG will play against Vicenza (#6) and is hoping to win this game.
