Very important is a road loss of third ranked Xhebrailat (12-9) against fourth ranked Rahoveci (12-10) on Sunday night. Visiting Xhebrailat was crushed by Rahoveci in Rahoveci 97-73. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Xhebrailat. They outrebounded Xhebrailat 40-23 including a 32-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great shooting night for Rahoveci especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.4 percentage. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Mark Williams (203, college: Temple) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 23 points, 13 rebounds and 5 assists (made all of his eight free throws). International Arti Hajdari (190-93) contributed with 21 points for the winners. Rahoveci's coach Bujar Loci felt very confident that he used 11 players and allowed the starting five to rest. International point guard Leonard Mekaj (182-95) replied with 15 points and American point guard Michael Harmon (180-94, college: Northeastern St.) added 17 points in the effort for Xhebrailat. Five Rahoveci and four Xhebrailat players scored in double figures. Rahoveci maintains fourth position with 12-10 record. Xhebrailat at the other side keeps the third place with nine games lost. Rahoveci will play against league's second-placed Bashkimi in Prizren in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Xhebrailat will play at home against Trepca and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
