Second Stage Round 1: RCOP Tsmoki - Prinemanye 72-75

Eighth-ranked RCOP Tsmoki (5-32) used its home court advantage to challenge Prinemanye (10-28) in Minsk on Tuesday. The visitors from Grodno managed to secure only three-point victory 75-72. However their fans expected easier game. The guests trailed by 5 points after three quarters before their 22-14 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Prinemanye forced 26 RCOP Tsmoki turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Maksim Liahchylin (175-98) who helped to win the game recording 16 points and 8 rebounds. Point guard Grigoriy Kruk (181-98) contributed with 15 points and 5 assists for the winners. Four Prinemanye players scored in double figures. Forward Vladislav Moroz (205-0) answered with 25 points and 8 rebounds (on 11-of-13 shooting from the field) and Raman Hests (197-1) added 11 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists in the effort for RCOP Tsmoki. Prinemanye will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. RCOP Tsmoki will play on the road against Brest (#9) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
