Top ranked Lanus (19-3) recorded its third loss on the court of eighth ranked Caza y Pesca on Friday night. Visitors were edged by Caza y Pesca 90-88. It ended at the same time the 12-game winning streak of Lanus. The best player for the winners was point guard Juan Bello (182-91) who scored 25 points and 4 assists. Swingman Juan Reggi (191-89) chipped in 17 points and 5 rebounds. Caza y Pesca's coach used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Leonardo Strack (188-93) produced 33 points (!!!) and 8 rebounds and Spanish point guard Kevin Jerez-Pilotti (180-89) added 13 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists respectively for the guests. Five Caza y Pesca and four Lanus players scored in double figures. Caza y Pesca have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to seventh place. Lanus at the other side still keeps top position with three games lost. Caza y Pesca are looking forward to face H.San Justo (#10) on the road in the next round. Lanus will have a break next round.
