Horsholm upset SISU in Copenhagen to take 2-0 lead in the series. The game without a history. Horsholm led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. American forward Maryah Sydnor (185-93, college: Appalachian St.) notched a double-double by scoring 17 points and 12 rebounds to lead the effort and forward Gritt Ryder (173-92, college: Colorado St.) supported her with 16 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Horsholm's coach Jesper Krone Rasmussen allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Even 15 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists by forward Catharina Jensen (182-89) did not help to save the game for SISU. American forward Kama Griffitts (183-91, college: Arizona) added 18 points and 5 rebounds for the hosts.
