Not a big story in a game when 16th ranked Notec Inowr. (6-24) lost to ninth ranked Biofarm PZN (15-15) in Inowroclaw 84-88 on Saturday. Biofarm PZN made 26-of-31 free shots (83.9 percent) during the game, while Notec Inowr. only scored four points from the stripe. The winners were led by forward Filip Struski (200-94) who scored that evening 18 points and 9 rebounds and swingman Jakub Fiszer (187-95) supported him with 18 points and 5 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field). Five Biofarm PZN players scored in double figures. Even 20 points and 6 rebounds by center Wojciech Zurawski (202-76) did not help to save the game for Notec Inowr.. Swingman Grzegorz Malecki (195-84, agency: Promotex) added 15 points and 7 assists for the hosts. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Biofarm PZN moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Pruszkow. Notec Inowr. lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the sixteenth position with 24 games lost. They share it with SKK Siedlce. Biofarm PZN will meet at home Siarka (#12) in the next round where they are favorite. Notec Inowr. will play against SKK Siedlce (#17) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
