Regular Season Round 28: Coin - Sevilla 2 73-85

There was a surprise result when tenth ranked Sevilla 2 (5-18) beat on the road top-ranked Coin (12-11) 85-73 on Saturday. They outrebounded Coin 43-29 including a 31-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of Lithuanian forward Tomas Balciunas (202-0) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 17 points and 14 rebounds and guard Raul Postigo (186-1) who added 13 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side American center Jaylen Larry (203, college: Rochester, MI) responded with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 10 rebounds and Chema Del-Rio scored 13 points and 8 rebounds. Four Sevilla 2 and five Coin players scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Sevilla 2 maintains tenth position in Group D-Permam with 5-18 record. Loser Coin still keeps top place with 11 games lost. Sevilla 2 will face higher ranked Andujar (#9) at home in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Coin will play against San Juan (#7) in San Juan del Puerto and hope to win that game.
