Regular Season Round 32: Polfarmex Kutno - Pruszkow 95-88

Rather predictable result when fourth ranked Polfarmex (21-9) won against 7th ranked Pruszkow (15-15) in Kutno 95-88 on Saturday. Polfarmex looked well-organized offensively handing out 34 assists comparing to just 16 passes made by Pruszkow's players. The winners were led by swingman Mateusz Zebski (190-92) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 23 points, 8 rebounds and 10 assists (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field) and power forward Tomasz Wojdyla (201-77) supported him with 17 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Even 15 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) by center Damian Cechniak (208-93) did not help to save the game for Pruszkow. Tomasz Madziar (195-92) added 18 points and 5 rebounds for the guests. Five Polfarmex and four Pruszkow players scored in double figures. Pruszkow's coach Marek Zapalowski tested ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Polfarmex maintains fourth position with 21-9 record, which they share with R8 Krakow. Pruszkow at the other side keeps the seventh place with 15 games lost. They share the position with Biofarm PZN. Polfarmex will meet R8 Krakow (#5) on the road in the next round. Pruszkow will play against Nysa Klodzko and hope to secure a win.
