Very predictable result in Plaza Huincul where fifth ranked Petr.Argentino (22-14) smashed 10th ranked Gimnasia LP (14-21) 80-60 on Sunday. Petr.Argentino made 20-of-22 free shots (90.9 percent) during the game. American forward Cedric Blossom (198, college: Morgan St.) stepped up and scored 20 points and 6 rebounds for the winners and forward Donovan Johnson-Marshall (201-92, college: Ky Wesleyan) chipped in 15 points and 5 rebounds. The best for the losing side was American forward Brandon Nazione (202-94, college: E.Michigan) with 16 points and 6 rebounds and the other American import center Ricardo Glenn (202-90, college: USC Upstate, agency: HMS) scored 7 points and 6 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The victory was the fifth consecutive win for Petr.Argentino. They moved-up to third place in South, which they share with Estudiantes O. Gimnasia LP lost their third game in a row. They keep the tenth position with 21 games lost.
