Very expected game when 12th ranked Botafogo F.R. (7-19) was smashed on the road by fifth ranked Paschoalotto/Bauru (16-10) 103-78 on Sunday. Paschoalotto/Bauru forced 19 Botafogo F.R. turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Botafogo F.R.'s players. Botafogo F.R. was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a very good performance for the former international center Rafael Hettsheimer (206-86) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 23 points and 10 rebounds.
