Regular Season Round 25: Rosa - Miasto Szkla 92-80

Very predictable result when eighth ranked Rosa (16-11) won against 15th ranked Miasto Szkla (8-19) in Radom 92-80 on Sunday. Rosa made 20-of-23 free shots (87.0 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. It was a very good performance for Czech Patrik Auda (206-89, college: Seton Hall, agency: Octagon Europe) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds. International swingman Michal Sokolowski (196-92) contributed with 19 points and 6 assists for the winners. Four Rosa players scored in double figures. Rosa's coach Wojciech Kaminski allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. American power forward Peter Alexis (213-92, college: Thomas Jefferson) answered with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds and the other American import forward Jayvaughn Pinkston (201-91, college: Villanova) added 22 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Miasto Szkla. Rosa have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They moved-up to sixth place. Miasto Szkla lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the fifteenth position with 19 games lost. Rosa will face Polpharma (#11) in Starogard Gdanski in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Miasto Szkla will play at home against PGE Turow (#12) and hope to win that game.
