Regular Season Round 27: Orchies - Saint Vallier 72-83

There was no surprise in Orchies where 13th ranked Orchesien BC (11-15) was defeated by second ranked Saint Vallier (22-6) 83-72 on Tuesday. Saint Vallier forced 22 Orchesien BC turnovers. The best player for the winners was American forward Michael Craion (195-89, college: ORU) who scored 14 points and 8 rebounds. The former international William Gradit (197-82, college: Hill JC) chipped in 19 points. At the other side the best for losing team was American guard Robert Turner (190-93, college: Texas Tech) who recorded 21 points and 5 rebounds and the other American import forward TJ Robinson (203-89, college: Long Beach St.) added 14 points and 9 rebounds respectively. Four Orchesien BC players scored in double figures. Saint Vallier maintains second place with 22-6 record behind leader Gries/Oberhoffen. Loser Orchesien BC keeps the thirteenth position with 15 games lost. Saint Vallier will face bottom-ranked CFBB (#18) in Paris in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Orchesien BC will play on the road against the league's leader Gries/Oberhoffen (#1) in Bischwiller and hope to win that game.
