Semi-Finals Game 3: Stevnsgade - Virum 74-71

Stevnsgade held off Virum to stay alive in the series. The hosts trailed by 8 points at the halftime before their 15-5 charge in the third quarter, which allowed them to win the game. Stevnsgade dominated on the defensive end, holding Virum to just 5 points in third quarter. They also forced 19 Virum turnovers. It was a great evening for forward Emilie Hesseldal (186-90, college: Colorado St.) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 17 rebounds. The former international guard Ida Pretzmann (178-90, college: TCU) helped adding 21 points and 5 rebounds. The best for the losing side was American forward Valerie Driscoll (193-92, college: Quinnipiac) with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 13 rebounds and forward Ellen Iversen (180-97) scored 19 points and 5 rebounds. Four Virum players scored in double figures.
