Regular Season Round 20: Kalev/Cramo - Parnu 89-68
Date: March 27, 2018
Leader Kalev/Cramo delivered the twenty second victory on Tuesday night. This time they crushed 6th ranked Parnu (9-15) 89-68 in Tallinn. The game was mostly controlled by Kalev/Cramo. Parnu was better in fourth quarter 20-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Kalev/Cramo looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. The best player for the winners was American point guard Isaiah Briscoe (191-96, college: Kentucky) who scored 22 points and 6 assists (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field). Montenegrin forward Bojan Subotic (203-90) chipped in 14 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Five Kalev/Cramo players scored in double figures. Serbian power forward Nemanja Miljkovic (204-90) produced 21 points and 7 rebounds and swingman Rannar Raap (191-92) added 9 points respectively for the guests. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Kalev/Cramo have a solid four-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 22-1 record. Loser Parnu keeps the sixth place with 15 games lost. Kalev/Cramo's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Tallinn TLU/Kalev.
