There was a minor upset when 7th ranked Unicaja-Andalucia (9-15) lost to bottom-ranked Sevilla 2 (6-19) in Malaga 64-72 on Tuesday. Unicaja-Andalucia trailed by 13 points after 3 quarters before a 18-13 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 64-72 at the end of the game. It was a good game for Polish guard Andrzej Pluta (189-0) who led his team to a victory with 17 points and 7 rebounds. C Cecilia contributed with 15 points for the winners. Sevilla 2's coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Power forward Ignacio Rosa (206-99) replied with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds and guard Lucas Munoz (182-1) added 12 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Unicaja-Andalucia. Four Unicaja-Andalucia players scored in double figures. Sevilla 2 maintains tenth position in Group D-Permam with 6-19 record. Unicaja-Andalucia lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the seventh place with 15 games lost. Sevilla 2 will face league's leader Novaschool in Malaga in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game.
