Another exciting game where third ranked Londrina (6-2) edged by one point 4th placed UniFacisa (5-3) 64-63. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of UniFacisa. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Everton Oliveira (203-93) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds. Luis-Fernando Lima (199-93) contributed with 11 points and 4 assists for the winners. Four Londrina players scored in double figures. American guard Chris Allen (190-88, college: Iowa St.) answered with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 11 rebounds and Marciel Santos (200-91) added 9 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for UniFacisa. Londrina have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They maintain third place with 6-2 record behind leader Corinthians. UniFacisa at the other side keeps the fourth position with three games lost.
