Regular Season Round 25: Le Mans - Levallois 90-82

No shocking result in a game when third ranked Le Mans (18-8) beat at home 10th ranked Levallois (12-13) 90-82 on Sunday. Levallois was trailing by 3 points at halftime but managed to get 11-point lead after three quarters before a 31-12 charge of Le Mans, which allowed them to win the game. They made 25-of-28 free shots (89.3 percent) during the game, while Levallois only scored eight points from the stripe. It was a very good performance for American Mykal Riley (196-85, college: Alabama) who helped to win the game recording 25 points and 4 steals (made all of his nine free throws !!!). His fellow American import guard Justin Cobbs (190-91, college: California, agency: Pensack Sports) contributed with 18 points and 9 assists (made all of his eight free throws) for the winners. American guard Travis Leslie (193-90, college: Georgia, agency: 3Eye) answered with 26 points and 7 rebounds and Slovenian guard Klemen Prepelic (191-92) added 12 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Levallois. Five Le Mans and four Levallois players scored in double figures. Levallois' coach Frederic Fauthoux rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Le Mans maintains third place with 18-8 record having just one point less than leader Strasbourg. Loser Levallois keeps the tenth position with 13 games lost. Le Mans will have a break next round. Levallois will play at home against Hyeres-Toulon (#18) and hope to win that game.
