National League top team - Maccabi K/G (19-6) had no problems winning another game on Tuesday. This time they crushed fourteenth ranked Hapoel Migd.H. (6-19) in Kiryat Gat 109-81. Maccabi K/G shot the lights out from three sinking 14 long-distance shots on high 63.6 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 38 assists comparing to just 17 passes made by Hapoel Migd.H.'s players. American-Azerbaijani forward Marshall Moses (198-89, college: Oklahoma St.) stepped up and scored 18 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) for the winners and the former international center Robert Rothbart (217-86, agency: Octagon Europe) chipped in 18 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. At the losing side American forward Jimmy Hall (203-94, college: Kent St.) responded with a double-double by scoring 27 points and 11 rebounds and the other American import forward Dion Wright (201-93, college: St.Bonaventure) scored 16 points and 6 rebounds. Five Maccabi K/G and four Hapoel Migd.H. players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Maccabi K/G have an impressive series of eight victories in a row. They maintain first place with 19-6 record. Hapoel Migd.H. lost third consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 19 games lost. Maccabi K/G are looking forward to face Ironi Kiryat Ata (#3) on the road in the next round, which may be the game of the day.
