Semi-Finals Game 4: Virum - Stevnsgade 65-87

Stevnsgade overcame Virum to take the decisive third win in the series. The game was mostly controlled by Stevnsgade. Virum managed to win fourth quarter 24-23. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Virum to just 7 points in third quarter. Stevnsgade forced 19 Virum turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international guard Ida Pretzmann (178-90, college: TCU) who helped to win the game recording 24 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists and forward Mathilde Colding-Poulsen (176-95) who added 17 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side guard Maria Hoegh (178-98) responded with 21 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and American forward Valerie Driscoll (193-92, college: Quinnipiac) produced a double-double by scoring 10 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
