Wolfenbuettel knocked down Neuss on the road to advance into North Finals. Wolfpack Wolfenbuettel held TG Neuss to an opponent 18.7 percent shooting from the field compared to 38.3 percent accuracy of the winners. Wolfpack Wolfenbuettel forced 22 TG Neuss turnovers and outrebounded them 49-32 including a 34-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. 25 personal fouls committed by TG Neuss helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Wolfpack Wolfenbuettel's coach Frank Lagerpusch felt very confident using 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
