No shocking result in a game when ninth ranked Orasi Ravenna (16-12) beat 11th ranked Dinamica MNV (12-16) in Mirandola 75-71 on Saturday. It was a very good performance for American power forward Jerai Grant (203-89, college: Clemson) who helped to win the game recording 27 points and 7 rebounds. The other American import guard Rayvonte Rice (193-92, college: Illinois) contributed with 23 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. The former international power forward Francesco Candussi (211-94) replied with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 13 rebounds and Luca Vencato (195-95, agency: Players Group) added 13 points, 6 rebounds, 11 assists and 4 steals in the effort for Dinamica MNV. Five Dinamica MNV players scored in double figures. Orasi Ravenna moved-up to fifth place in A2. Loser Dinamica MNV keeps the eleventh position with 16 games lost. Orasi Ravenna will face Bergamo (#14) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Dinamica MNV will play against Agribertocchi OR in Orzinuovi and hope to win that game.
