Regular Season Round 34: Enea Astoria - Slask Wroclaw 73-71

A very interesting game took place in Bydgoszcz. It ended with only two-point defeat on the road of 9th ranked Slask (15-17) to tenth ranked Enea Astoria (15-17) 73-71 in the fight for the ninth place. Enea Astoria forced 19 Slask turnovers. Pawel Spica (190-93) notched 27 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the effort and Michal Aleksandrowicz (192-89) supported him with 11 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Even 22 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists by point guard Jan Grzelinski (180-94, college: Canisius) did not help to save the game for Slask. Power forward Aleksander Dziewa (205-97, agency: Octagon Europe) added 18 points and 13 rebounds for lost side. Enea Astoria moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Slask Wroclaw. Slask lost third consecutive game.
